Job Description

Job Title: SuccessFactors Recruitment Management

Experience: 3 Years of SuccessFactors with minimum 3 End-End-To Implementations in RCM

Qualification: Certified in Success factors RCM with recent delta certification

Location: Hyderabad

Work Experience:

? Hands on experience in RCM Data Models customization

? Hands on experience in Requisitions, Candidate Profile, Application and Offer templates setup

? Good Knowledge in Recruiting processes leveraging the SF RCM capabilities

? Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements

? Experience in Integration with recruiting sites like LinkedIn, Career Builder, Naukri etc.

? Experience in integrating RCM - ONB - EC

? Experience with Position Management integration with RCM

? Experience in Recruitment business rules

? Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems

and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented

? Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes

? Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing

and support

? Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development

Soft Skills

? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely
